The first set of resources tracks turnover among senior-ranking advisers in the executive office of the president, which does not include Cabinet secretaries. Trump has also signed an executive order, the first version of his Muslim ban, that discriminated against Muslims and banned refugees. On January 31, Trump announced his second-quarter salary will be donated to the National Park Service, making good on a campaign pledge to forego a presidential salary. This is down sharply from Trump’s 2019 donation of about $191000, showing a drop in the amount of spending by foreign governments at the time.

Trump is not the first president to donate his salary, as former Presidents John F. Kennedy and Herbert Hoover have also done so. Today, President Trump proposed a $12.8 billion Fiscal Year 2021 budget for the Department of the Interior, including a new, new, and expanded Health Department.
