  • By far, the worst resort I have ever visited. Too many unbelievable negatives experienced by our group to list them all but they include AC not working (slept on couch under fan), no towels or washcloths most days, no bacon or eggs at breakfast buffet on 5 of 7 days, bad restaurant service (had to get my own utensils some days), staff entering locked rooms at all hours of the night (WTF), found housekeeping staff congregating in my room… I could go on. This place gave me the creeps.
