Aye man, I’ve been trying to figure out what to use on my home. Been perusal a lot of your content. My brother recently moved in and his dog is old (peeing on my floor while we’re at work). I’m about ready to rip all my carpet out and I want to clean everything really well then seal it. I do floor installation for a living so I’m familiar with the application process, I’ve just never done it myself. I’m wanting a more satin finish, preferably something I don’t have to mix and that won’t yellow over time. Can you suggest something at least similar to this? I’d be greatly appreciative!
The walkways to the flats my friend lives in have just been sealed, they now have a good uniform colour but the walkways are open to the elements so rain is pooling instead of running off making it very slippy. The walkways now feel dangerous. Surely concrete sealant should only be used where water can run off? Frequent relayering can’t be very cost effective either.
