Balloon Decoration Strip Video Hanging Instructions?

This tutorial teaches how to create a balloon garland using a balloon decorating strip. The strip has prepunched holes for slipping the knots of tied balloons into, making it easy to create a long base for the garland and hang it. To attach the balloon garland to the wall, insert one of the holes through the hook of your command strip. Use balloon glue dots to attach leftover balloons into spaces with holes. This DIY project can transform any space into a stunning centerpiece for a birthday party, wedding, or festive gathering. The balloon arch strip or balloon garland tape is a flexible, transparent, reusable strip of plastic with holes at consistent distances apart. These holes secure balloons uniformly, making it easy to create a balloon arch, streamer, or garland for your party. The process is extremely easy to make, as you simply inflate your balloon.

  • Do you have advice for creating the garland in a different space than you will be displaying it? I got a balloon arch kit to make for my sister’s baby shower next month. But we will only have 1 hour total set up time at the venue for the shower, so I definitely cannot make the whole arch from start on location. So this means both not being able to see it in its final location as I make it, and also needing to transport it 😬 any tips to achieve this would be appreciated! This definitely is a great tutorial for how to put it together though!

  • Yes I’m grateful that your article is the first one that I saw, because the next one was so intense with balloons in pairs and clusters, I couldn’t believe the difference! Your explanation and finished product is so simple and beautiful, and uses far less balloons than what some other designs would use, that I think I can do several areas with this as a pretty background instead of just one big balloon arch! Thank you again!!

  • Meagan thank you so much! You saved me this morning. I had very limited time to do a beautiful balloon arch, and I actually did this with the help of my toddler. She handed the balloons to me as I moved back and forth between the chairs. It turned out so pretty and I was surprised that it could be this simple and not take hours and hours. You really made this kind of decor accessible to everyone. Thank you so much! 🙏🏽💜

  • Thank you, doing my husbands 60th surprise bday party next sunday at our club house, ive bought everything just wanted to ses someone do it with the plastic arch an glue dotsz also so glad I didnt waste money on a helium tank $48 at sams bought a balloon air filler on amazon that now we can reuse for granddaughters etcc….for $16 . God bless you Mrs josette Tharp Montgomery County, Texas 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤

  • Thank you. That was very helpful. You explained you method really well, and I think I will able to achieve the look I want as a newbie trying to make a garland for my husband’s retirement party. I like that you use a balloon tape and explain where to put the balloons to make it look more professional.

  • I really don’t like this garland…there’s something missing. To me it looks like junk! It looks like a bunch of different size balloons on a wall and nothing more. If you’re going to decorate an event, do something nice. Anyone can inflate balloons to different sizes and tie them in the holes. But to make a beautiful work of art that transforms the room and atmosphere, well that’s a different story. And it doesn’t have to be complicated and time consuming either. When people arrive, you want them to say WOW! And when they leave, you want them to remember the event for a long time and maybe even tell their family relatives and friends. The arches, garlands, and columns should have and impact on the people. I was in the hospital a few weeks ago, (for real) and in the lobby when I was going to leave were two balloon columns. Why were they there I was thinking? They just stood there. I went over to take a look. And there wasn’t many people going and coming
