To create a balloon garland, loop a piece of fishing line through one of the holes in the strip, tie it off, and attach the other end to the hook. Alternatively, tape the empty length of the strip directly to the wall using masking.

If your balloon garland was created using a balloon decorating strip, hang the strip directly on the hook. Adjust the garland to your desired height by tightening or loosening the fishing line, twine, or ribbon.
To attach a balloon garland to the wall, use adhesive hooks, wall-safe tape, or clear fishing line. Ensure the surface is clean before placing the garland. The easiest way to do this is to remove a balloon from the hole you plan to use and place the metal hanger directly onto the command hook.

I have an upcoming event where I would like to hang a garland over a 10’x8′ freestanding banner frame. The issue is that the horizontal bar of the frame won’t be accessible because it will be fed through the pocket of the banner. Other than anchoring the bases of the frame with heavy weights, how would you secure the garland? Can I use large spring clamps for the horizontal bar and attach the garland to them using 260’s?
