My earlier interpretation of the pine cone was that it was something that they were treating something with, like pollinating a plant or DNA cross breeding, that it represented a genetic change. The pine cone from the Sumerian images is not a pine cone. They never show all depictions, but if you was the visit and look upon these stone slabs you will see a story being told.
