Hi po, we are planning on building a house in Lipa Batangas. My wife and I are interested in building a Spanish style home. Do you specialize or know anyone that specializes in these types of design? We are looking for a reputable architect to make our design. Hope to hear from you soon. I will add some pictures of the type of style we want. Again, thank you for your time.
Thank you po and more power 😊
Thank you po sir.
Hello Architect, ask ko lang po, pano pag may exterior design na ko na gusto pero picture palang, i have this google image saved and i wanted this to be the design of my house atleast externally. Can this be a basis of architect para iconvert nalang to blueprint yung design na gusto ko with measurements/materials and yung layout nalang sa loob ng bahay yung kailangan?
Like for example, ung kusina lang muna then after a month ung mga rooms, then after a year ung kisame.. may effect po ba yun kapag hindi sabay sabay ung pagpapagawa?? Thank you po
Thank you so much po s article n ito at talagang n enlightened ako sa details nyo. Thank you po.
Many thanks ulit
Hi Architect! We bought a parcel of land sa isang subdivision, tapos na din ang transfer at nailipat na sa name nmen and we plan to build a house by next year. I am following this approach sana pero may question po sna ako. Need or required ba ng relocation survey/sketch plan from geodetic engr bago ako makapagpa design ng bahay sa isang architect? Thank you so much, more power to your website!
