Good day, Jenna. Your home and descriptions of every beautiful piece is absolutely cozy and elegant! Thank you for sharing! Also, I have been looking for a “runner” but can’t find one that I like. WELL — I saw your runner in your entryway (8:57) and would very MUCH appreciate it if you would let me know which store you bought it from as well as the size, depth, etc. please!!! Thank you again, and looking forward to your next article!!! Salutations!!
Aloha from Honolulu, Jenna! I just discovered your website, and I am loving your style and contents! I also love the fact that you talk slow enough for older senior citizens like me who have a hard time understanding all these young people who talk waaaaay toooo fast and run all their sentences together! LOL!
The storage on top of your toilet looks better if the basket is not so deep. You rolled your washcloths beautifully, why not show that off? A shorter box or basket about 3 inches high, and everyone can see the extra toilet paper, maybe a beautiful bar of soap, and those rolled towels, will give it a guest bathroom or hotel look. It’s hard to see in your mind unless you have a pic. I love your house and thank you for showing us your great style!
For the past three years, since downsizing from a 3-bedroom house to an 800 sq ft cabin, I’ve used a small lamp on my kitchen table at night. It makes a perfect night-light that gives just enough glow that I’m able to see throughout the cabin, instead of having to turn on an overhead light to go to the bathroom or the fridge. Also, Jenna, I had to laugh… because partway through this article, I paused it long enough to go into my bathroom to measure the area where I keep washcloths neatly folded on the shelf… because, of course, I wanted to measure what size of basket will fit there, to hold them. Lol.
I love how you’ve put together your home, absolutely gorgeous! So pretty, interesting and yet looks super comfortable! You have a gift for speaking as well. Thank you for sharing your ideas for decorating ! Also love your articles where you take “us” shopping and show us how you decide whether to buy something or not!
I love your welcoming space! May I please ask what color paint (blue-gray) that you used on your bedroom accent wall? Very calming. Thank you for sharing ideas that I can incorporate with items in my own home. Take care! 😊💕 P.S. 🐕 ❤ So glad to find organizational ideas for my dogs and would love to see yours!
It’s important to keep a keen eye on politicians and all leaders in general. If we don’t watch them closely, they turn into “leaders” just like this individual. I hope the people of these townships/villages get the recompense and justice they deserve and I hope that this “supervisor/mayor” and anyone colluding with her are held to the fullest extent of the law and pray for justice for the young lady who worked for her who was assaulted on the “super mayor’s” watch. No justice, no peace. #pushback
Hi Jenna. So true about having some decor that not only looks nice but actually serves a purpose. I wish I could go shopping with you and have you come and decorate my place. I so love your home. Each time I notice something that I perhaps didn’t see before and I try to keep it in mind to give me inspiration to do something similar. I am so thrilled and happy that you reached 100,000 subscribers! It is not surprising though because you are just amazing!! Have a lovely rest of the weekend!! 💐🌺🌸🏵🌹💐
Hello! In a article a few months ago you talked about an art website where you sent one of your photographs and they manipulated it into more of a watercolor or sketch type art (I believe it was an ocean side / cliff type picture) They also had stock photos you could use. Can you please remind me what that company was called?
Hi, Loved this article. I use Welcome Lamps that have on/off switches and put a lamp shade on them, and they sit on my counter. I also have one on my hutch and I have a small table lamp on my kitchen table. As I don’t like bright lights in my spaces. I like more of the muted lighting. When dinner is done, I normally turn on the small lamp on my table instead of over head lights or the light over our table. I have a smaller lamp sitting on my counsel table behind my sofa that has a small wattage bulb in it and its enough to light the room I have larger lamps of course if I want to read. got some great ideas from t his article.

I love the basket on top of the toilet idea and wish I could use it but my toilet has a button on top for water efficiency so that’s out. I do keep my paper towels and toilet paper in a basked in the hall closet just outside the bathroom door and it’s just me so it works as when I know I am about out I just grab a new roll on the way in.
