To restore the home screen layout and wallpaper from a backup on the Samsung Galaxy S23/S23+/Ultra, follow these steps:
- Open Home Up and create a backup.
- Move the backup file from the old phone to the “.AutoBackup” folder on your phone’s storage.
- Open Home Up and select the screenshot corresponding to the backup of your home screen.
- Choose “OK” on the prompt.
- Reset the home screen layout on Android, including Samsung phones.
- If you need to reset the home screen layout on Android, you can use Smart Switch to transfer everything from the old phone to the new one.
- If adb solution is not useful, root your device and use a root-based backup solution, such as directly copying user settings from the device.
