To remove or hide dashed lines in a SketchUp model, go to Window > Shadows and untick Hidden geometry. This will make the model appear see-through with dotted lines. In SketchUp Free, you can quickly turn an object’s texture/material on and off using the Eraser tool and Soften Edges dialog box.

In your model just before exporting, switch the face style to “Monochrome” and check if the furniture shows back faces blueish-grey on the outside.
