I am new to your website but have learned a great deal about the proper procedures and products to use in the maintenance of my own cars. I enjoy taking care of my Porsche and feel more confident that I am doing as close to a professional job as possible. Thank you again for your knowledge and professionalism to all us car enthusiasts.
Absolutely superb! I have OCD and I take great pleasure in cleaning my car, its so therapeutic. I’m currently looking at a Mercedes Coupe, I’ve found one but it has the small kick scuffs on the driver’s inner door panel. They are small but is there anyway of removing them? as the other articles show products that with respect just mask them as they will always be there. Love your website and the gel product is an absolute winner! Hope I can get some in the UK.
Hey, I have a new 2019 X5 and it comes with a glass center console as well as the gear and engine/start stop button, basically everything in the center is made of glass. Would you recommend I follow the last step for glass cleaning(the one you did on the interior part of the windows) on those parts as well? Since it’s all glass and it smudges and gets fingerprints stuck on it so easily. Thanks in advance 🙂
Pan i got 2 questions. 1. Can i use the magic eraser in the middle section of my car? It has a black shinning surface between the drink holders and it looks kind of scratched. I have a 2013 Fusion Titanium also i have a picture for u to see. 2. For weathertech floorliners black which product would you apply once you have clean them up? Thanks.
Hi pan in a different article you said a magic erasure was not suitable for tinted glass the car you cleaned has tinted glass were you refering to after market tints such as sprays or vinyl and not the factory supplied tints as my land rover has tinted rear doors and tail gate and dont want to damage them
I have discovered something that might be helpful to those with the same problem I had. I found that the vinyl on the airbag cover in the centrer of the steering wheel had gotten sticky, and I believe it was due to age. In my search for a solution I read the same thing happens to some Lexus vinyl dashes. I tried every type of cleaner and nothing worked, until I tried something called Awesome cleaner, from the dollar store believe it or not. Using a green scrubbie and this cleaner, the gummy black stuff came off and the steering wheel was restored to a like new condition.
