To keep your car clean and comfortable, follow these tips and tricks for maintaining a clean interior. First, remove any trash from the car with a reusable bag or brush. Then, use a nail brush or scrub brush to brush out debris from inside the car, taking care to get all the creases under the upper. Tip out dirt onto old newspaper or outside and use a lint roller to remove any lingering dust inside.
Next, take out and clean floor mats. A regular wash routine takes about 40 minutes and should be done every couple of weeks on average. Spray alloy wheels with a reusable bag or brush, then vacuum carpets, floor mats, seats, and other upholstery. Use attachments to reach tight areas.
When cleaning a van’s interior, start by removing any rubbish from side doors and footwells. Follow these car interior cleaning tips and tricks to keep your car fresh and clean. Clean them with a soft cloth and a small amount of dish soap and water (if available). Follow with an automotive-specific leather cleaner.
To deep clean your car’s interior, start by tidying up by removing any rubbish and using a sponge or soft-bristled brush to scrub residue. Before painting, ensure every surface is spotless and sweep and vacuum the dust. Use products like van wax, shampoo, traffic film remover, rain repellent, glass cleaner, and wheel cleaner.
After a quick sweep, remove and clean car seats and floor mats, wipe windows, dust the front panel, dashboard, and console, and wipe out as much as possible with diaper wipes. Scrub and clean them with hot water and Dawn dish soap. Keep a microfibre duster, dustpan, brush, and pack of wet wipes inside the vehicle permanently to keep it looking pristine.

Help! I just bought a LWB Sprinter and have a lot of cleaning to do this weekend. What is the best method to bring the bumpers and black side panels back to life please? I have heard all sorts of tales from rubbing with olive oil through to spraying with satin black. I dont expect whatever I do to last a lifetime but I dont want to do anything that will cause me problems in the future. Thanks in advance.
if I was judging this car, it’d be getting lowest marks. the driver’s seat would make you cry, the left side had been hit, not to mention the cargo area only got a sweep out. also, there’s no way this was done in one day. first shot it was pissing down outside, then they take it outside and it looks like the rain happened yesterday. 8 hours? your timeline is fucked. if all you’re gonna show is people’s general disdain for their cars and how they ‘should’ look after them (but never do, not even after the ‘pro’ treatment), especially those vehicles that are work vehicles, then you deserve every unsub you get.
It’s not showroom standards at all, not with that knackered front wing and the missed out bits like the dirt outline round the rear reg plate area and manky sliding door lock, it’s clean, it’s hygienic, and looks professional but I wouldn’t say showroom ready, no doubt that van will be back to how it was before in a months time 😂
