Thank you for the great articles. I have an Archer II. I bought my windows from LP Aero, the Pilot and Copilot are 1/4″ with a vent window on both. the rest are 3/16th. I had to trim the window over the baggage door, because it’s about a 1/2 shorter than the pilot side rear window. I used a Milwaukee 3″ metal cutting wheel to trim the windows and to round out the corners. It works great on plexiglass. Thanks again.
