When people talk about nuclear power being ‘green’, one needs to ask, ‘where, who, how, and to what effects, are we sourcing uranium?’ ‘where, who, how, do you suppose this waste well affect?’. Though some will site a move away from Uranium to thorium(?), as being more benign, how many plants will make the move when business as usual is much more easy? I live near a plant.
