I guess it would be a win win if you live in an expensive state like CA; to where the home prices of 700sqft average around $1mil or more. A lot of these tiny homes are either fifth wheel trailers that they made a homemade camper on and they’re calling it a home either that or it was a shipping container that’s been glorified and customized. Tiny houses are silly, and like some have said here, not any different than an RV – except harder to move. If you have the land to put a tiny house on, why not just build a larger cabin?
