Home Improvement is an American sitcom starring Tim Allen, created by Matt Williams, Carmen Finestra, and David. The show aired from September 17, 1991, to May 25, 1999, and was created by Matt Williams, Carmen Finestra, and David. The show follows Tim’s life as he works with tools and compares his life to working with tools.
One of Allen’s favorite episodes of Home Improvement is the season one episode, “Forever Jung”, where he accidentally gets his head stuck to a tabletop while applying laminate. He later decides to put another sink in the room, which Al disagrees with. Allen’s catchphrase, “I don’t think so, Tim”, is used as an opposition to Tim’s ill-advised ideas or jokes. He also comes up with many puns, giggles, and snorts when a joke is made at Tim’s expense.
Tim Allen’s most memorable catchphrases from the show include Al’s “I don’t think so, Tim” and Wilson’s “Hidey ho, neighbor”. He loves comparing his life to tools and works with them to solve problems.
Home Improvement was initially intended to be an adult romance show about the ape-man who blows up shit, but it turned out to be about the ape-man who blows up shit. Allen’s comedic catchphrase “More power!” is often used afterwords, saying “You’re darn right more power!”
In the Season 1 episode “Up Your Alley”, Allen says, “You can’t help you’re a lousy bowler, you’re a woman”. As if that wasn’t enough, Tim decides to use his newfound power to fix things between them.
