Its really simple, in a protoplanetary disk, the newly formed star is at the centre, it takes up most of the gas and dust closest to it, but in the outer section less gas and dust is being taken by the star, so bigger and more massive planets (gas giants) are able to form. I’m currently in Stage 3. My Journey didn’t start until Nov 2022. My wife wanted to go to Maui really bad. I’m typically a homebody and I despise airline travel. But I wanted to make her happy and couldnt let her go alone. When I stepped off the plane something changed in me. Couldn’t quite place it. There were a lot of firsts for me on that trip. The next day after waking up from the long day at 6am I decided to go to the beach just steps from our room. I stood there alone, no one around and something hit me with me a profound feeling I hadn’t felt since I was a small child. Spirits or something was calling out to me sending me a message. I could of ignored it but I chose to listen. Here I am now. Sober after 20 years of hard drinking, insecurity almost gone and new perspective on life.

I’m definitely on the “search” phase of this journey. I’ve found myself reading the Bible and wanting to understand Christianity, instead of forcing it I’ve been trying to piece together all of the bits of information I learned throughout my life that makes sense to my spirit. I can’t just agree with my neighbor on a concept, it has to make sense to my soul, I have to be able to feel the answer and sometimes I do, and sometimes I get led astray & I feel lost and confused all over again. I have no idea where I’m at. I recently experienced the 4th stage. That refusal to bend to negative energy. Seeing the things that hold me back. I quit my (unnecessary) job after 2 years because I realised my boss was abusing my generosity. My eyes opened and I honestly feel free. However, i have not experienced much of stages 2 or 3. My ego does sometimes slip back in and I have to acknowledge it. Vanity was never an issue, neither was pride, but stubbornness is where my ego thrives. Learning to admit when I am wrong u5as been the hardest part, but I feel like I’m getting closer to overcoming that. The ego is a prison that we don’t even realise we are in. And I still sometimes forget.
I’m quite shocked when the re-emergence of past traumas to be re-evaluated came up. I have wondered why they have come up. Many things I have had to not forgive but learn to accept and take within myself. I am finding they are the hardest lessons as I thought I had accepted everything but clearly I have other views to meditate on. The want to run from them has been very tempting but I’m haunted in my dreams, almost being forced to confront these things now from the view of a mother. It’s definitely never something I thought I’d have to do and is the hardest part of my journey if I’m honest.

I still have to fight the darkness of my past. My guides are helping me thankfully. So overall, I’m in stage 3.
This journey began for me when I was 45, I’m now 55 and it’s been a long ass difficult and very emotional journey, I have lost loved ones, made huge sacrifices along the way, moved from South to North of England, been stripped of everything I thought was true of myself, and still new truths are emerging it seems never ending and exhausting, but I am never alone, I have my spiritual guides always with me guiding me to my right path in life, I had a stress related illness for nearly 20 years but through meditation alone I no longer have it nor taken the medication now for almost 9 years, a condition my GP told me could never be cured. I now understand what my purpose is in life, and it has always been one of my passions. Our dreams and passions come with us when we are born because they are very significant to what we came here to do. There is no horizon to this journey, we never reach the finish line because there is so much to learn, but step by step we are that much closer to understanding.

Everyone here is claiming spiritual elevation in one way or another, but without revealing the procedure they have adopted–for instance, any yogic or mystic exercises, chanting of mantras, extended fasting, prolonged and highly devotional meditations/prayers etc.–which could be verified by professional spiritual masters. Spiritual things are no doubt fashionable and the new normal amidst the postmodern disarray.
This is extremely good stuff. I resonate a lot with it, my life too going thru these phases. And it’s co incidental to see that what I am experiencing naturally, was already written down as by someone. That shows that we all humans can find peace if we start to separate ourselves from the ego world. Life changes when we become the person from the inner world of true character and behavior rather then the laminated layer impressed upon us by the society and our surroundings. I am not my name, nor my religion nor my personality which I was told to be. I am what I was when I was born when no one had yet installed the softwares. The true self starts to show up when we kill the ego and find ourselves as a being who has the same birth life and death as a tree or an animal. We just came by the will of the universe and will leave when the universe decides. All that we can and should do during the mid time is to make this world a better place .
I’ve been actively seeking for almost 18 years and go back and forth in stages. I rise and back track, rest and make changes that seem to just flow naturally into place. My late husband died almost 10 months ago and through his illness and close contact perusal and helping care for him it acted as an intense catalyst to review myself, to feel deeper understanding and compassion for my husband and finally be by his side when he died. That sent me on a deep internal review of who I am, what I am learning from my experience, what I did wrong in my relationship with my husband and where I’m going now. Grieving is such an intense lesson. Knowing we all die and move on into our spiritual realm has helped with insight into who I really am. It’s given me compassion and shown I have so much love to give, to both those alive and dead knowing they are just on the otherside. We are all on a spiritual journey. Love to all and God speed.
Finally, I know what is happening to me and I have a term for what I have been feeling. Honestly, I have been so confused. I told my therapist that I felt like all of the sudden a part of my brain is awaken and everything is so clear to me. I can understand why a person acts the way they do. I feel so much sadness from some of my negative childhood experiences and memories. I want to let go yet I don’t know how yet. I am in a lot of mental pain and I keep questioning myself because I want to act how I feel yet I keep on seeking others’ approval. So much misalignment. After listening to this multiple times in the last hour, I believe I am in the Research stage. I am less scared now. I am excited and praying that I will get to the last stage soon, before I go crazy because I am in a very difficult stage. Ignorance is a bliss and now I am no longer ignorant. 🙏🏼
As a DF, I believe I have entered my Alignment period. I have been so lost for so long. I didn’t know which way to turn. I started with church because I didn’t really have a positive experience when growing up. As an adult, my perspective is different. But I still had questions. My progress has not been linear! The whole beginning of my life I found myself working backwards compared to other people. Around 24 I started feeling very genuine like it was hard to suppress anything but I still did and now I’m at a head of having achieved normalcy. Time to work backwards for me which is working forwards for this process.
I’m in The mist of the ego death now. I was previously in a state of great anger fear & confusion over the world & my existence in the world. I started my spiritual journey while trying to find peace in meditation. Since I have started my journey I am not the same person. A couple weeks ago I was overcome with this intense need to meditate which is weird for me. I’m a person who usually scoffs at those kind of practices.but I have felt spiritually in tune ever since & now I’m just observing. My depression & anger are gone. It feels as if someone put up a shield so I wouldn’t feel those negative emotions anymore & now they are wanting me to stay in tune. I can’t even talk to anyone about this cause it sounds insane… but I’m not the same being I was two weeks ago.
I agree with those who say it has not been linear for me. The ego death is not complete, yet I have intuition, a fe premonition dreams, compassion for others. I’m highly sensitive and cry easily, even when just hearing about someone else’s plight. I have mostly whispers of the final stage. Not yet fully authentic and so on. All fascinating and interesting.

Great article. This is authentic spirituality. I experienced my initial awakening 23 years ago. I had a direct encounter with the Mysterium Tremendum (the Divine). It was 20 years of agonizing suffering and integration of the shadow before the Self or Soul Core came into view and started releasing its Divine energy, healing me, and unifying me. It does unfold according to the stages you explain here. First is the initial awakening and encounter with the Divine Light. Then there is tremendous darkness and suffering as one begins to descend into the unconscious. This is the Dark Night of the Senses. This continues for years and years. Then it becomes even more difficult when one encounters the collective unconscious and one’s deeply repressed shadow and complexes. This is the Dark Night of the Spirit. It lasts for years. One then bottoms out and encounters the Primal Wound. Underneath the Primal Wound is the Self or Soul Core…the Divine spark which is your True Self and your True Nature. Then one begins to ascend and becomes more and more integrated and unified. As this happens, one becomes full of bliss, love, light, and ecstacy. It’s the journey of a lifetime. Peace.

Great article! I strongly believe spiritual awakening or enlightenment is instantaneous and not gradual, A gateless Gate. There is a conceptual path, but only because of thinking or polarities of consciousness that act like an obstacle to the insight, which has to fall away. I’ve been saying to myself that I want to be unconscious again. After perusal this, I know I was right, while being in stage 4. Hm… so I reached the ego death stage a few months before I turned 16, and I think I was 19 or 20 when I entered the search stage, then 25 for the emergence of the authentic self. And now in the past few months I’ve been moving into the life of alignment. Of course it’s not very clear-cut when these shifts in stages happen, it’s more of a gradual process over months where you have increasingly more of the new stage and less of the old one. I wouldn’t say I’m quite fully into the life of alignment, but definitely getting more there with each passing day. I’m 29 now. 14 years of growth. It’s good to be here.

Very true. Been in the 4th stage for some time. Its rough because i can see the “light”, can see where i authentically want to go, but the purging is still going. Its tough financially mostly becauee i can no longer align with traditional ways to make money, but still have so much conditioning and fear around walking the path i need to walk. Well we being one of the very FEW LEGITIMATE chosen ones of the western world we also already have mastered all of the elements, and now that we’re currently in the 5th dimension as of 4? Years ago of course we’re all of different dimensions but we’re currently in the 5th dimension, we’re moving on 😊✌️🌟♥️
I hate people who think they are better than others. But I’ve recently had an reckoning. I realized that I am better then everyone else. The only opinion that matters is mine. The only thought that matters is mine. I am right even tho I’m wrong. Because THAT’S my opinion and no one is right if I feel as if it’s not.
Would welcome any tip/trick/advice for how to remind myself there’s another “Awake” above simply being awake. I keep slipping back into that “unconscious” state, like an actor in a play who forgets over and over that he’s not REALLY the character he’s been playing. I come “out of it” sometimes and feel this sense of horror at how “asleep at the wheel” I am 99.99% of the time, the life I waste, the negative emotions I get lost in, the damage I do. Ugh 🤮 And I get LOST in it for months and then “resurface” again like coming up gasping for air. Anyway, I would take any advice on how people help lead themselves out of that “low state” when they’re in it. I get so lost I literally forget any of this even exists.
So I believe I am in stage 4 but I also still find myself on stage 3 with certain aspects of life….I am not sure I can ever reach stage 5 due to not being able to understand or accept everyone’s path. Some paths people are in cause me to have distant feelings towards them. Hatred is something I am working on but as for my personal goals and changes I have reached a lot of them and work on those. I may not believe in a god per say but I do believe in a deeper meaning in life then just one’s self.
I’ve been an atheist all my life and I’ve been feeling lost recently. I feel as if I have no clear path ahead of me nor a sense of direction in life. For some reason I’ve felt that god may be able to guide me and am interested in accepting him into my life, when I watched a article regarding this and said my first prayer I became very upset and started to cry. What does this mean and where can I go from here?
I didn’t realize i was on a spiritual journey. I’ve done so many things the past few years, and this article explained my process. I felt like i was at the very beginning of my life at 33, and it felt a bit saddening to me. This article shows that with all my sacrifices I’ve made, I’m currently at the “Emergence of Self” stage while having the empathy of the “Life of Alignment” stage so maybe that means I’m in the middle of transitioning? Thank you for making this article. The only hope for survival of the human species and the planet as we know it is for many to awaken. I would add though, these 5 stages apply to a world of physical form. Who knows how many stages of spiritual development remain once we’ve moved beyond the need for existence in form? I suspect this is just grade-school learning when multiple PhD’s are required for “graduation”.
ok guys, just another case of the univers perfect timing. i saw this article and i just wondered from the begin at what stage i might be, knowing that i am on a spiritual awakening i took the information as fact without doubts and funny thing is that i am experiencing all of this, exactly as mentioned, but in my case the was no beauty in this process, first i had to nearly die the real death as my depression an alcohol asbuse got me on my knees, yes there was a big ego to die so i sctewed up my life to the point that i satalone in the rehability centre/hospital for 6 months and my mission was clear from day 1, i got to change my whole perception, thinking, the whole why the fuck im am i doing what im doing and how does it relate to my childhood and finally thze way i see other people, and thats where my awakaning really hit hard, i left rehab in 2020 right into the pandemy and i had 99.99% chance to instandly fallk back into drinking but: i did not fall on my knees again, never had depressiv thoughts, i tell anybody who dares to ask what my odyssy was like, i have no issues to tell my story at all, to anybody, i have detachte from my first 39 years, in 2020 had my 40th bday in that rehab center, i did not complain, it was fun to party with a bunch of mentally crippled people like myself used to be. but fact is; i somehow managed to reconfigure my reality, so i didnt feel like im lost in my body an seeing life from this narrow point of view always kind of afraight, but more like a 3rd perspective egoshooter where i can zoom out 😉 if i want to, i stopped to take everything personal for example, im the first one loughing at myself when i see ive done sth incredibly stupid and funny, and i can make other people make lough without making fun of other people, i just tell true stories about myself but the real truth.
Can someone talk to me about losing it all? Has this happened to anyone else?? I had it! I KNEW. It was bliss, for several years. Then my Mom died in a really ugly way right in front of my face and I lost it. I’m back to square one, but with all this ‘book’ type knowledge. The inner knowing has left me. Anyone else? Can I get it back?!
I evolve backwards… And i keep skipping it too! Skipped 2 stage now I I’m on stage the search: The moment i was born. The first thing come to my mind was as a new born baby was. Confused, when all i see is void pit of darkness until i saw light that was too bright. I question myself… Why i exist. And why i I’m alive… Couple months or years. I vividly remember, that i try not to breath as baby to kill myself that i had glimpse as ghost that my mother holding me and i comeback but the moment i slowly open my eye… I I’m already falling down in the stairs dying twice! (fun fact. I treated that as false memory until they mentioned i almost die cause i did actually fall down in the stairs dying!) Now i I’m back at unconsciousness stage: i keep hold my old self that i don’t want losed it no matter what! (depressed, anger, suffer… I have fear to go through stage of ego death that if i felt emotionless and don’t feel anything… I already reached it but i keep coming back to stage one!) I rarely go though stage of emergence of the authentic self: the mask i been wearing… Sometimes break. That i show my true color or by myself to one can see! (that i sometimes had a deja vu. I believe in my own bad luck existed or my sixth sense that i had bad feeling about it but i always ignored it but i regret it later!) I be always on unconsciousness, death ego, the search, emergence of the authentic stage. Who keep coming back in stage one to do it again!
Weird i thought id be lower on the list but i believe to be in a life of alignment. All the previous stages sound like past experience and topics ive already self explain and the final stage is describing me percect. I just dont think ive been on the journey long enough. All though i expericene ego death quite young and my true self has been out for awhile now so idk
I didn’t realize how far iv come before hearing this article. Iv been n jus about all of these stage for the past year. Everything change so fast Iv been excepting of all of it. Not fighting or trying to change what’s going on but encouraging it. Realizing that we are all in our own journeys as am I. I am currently in the search phase and have been for several years. All of the so called guru’s out there are full of shit, self help books are toilet paper and youtube “content creators” want likes and subscriptions. Everyone is so wrapped up in their own bullshit, they’re not searching for enlightenment or a deeper understanding. I have resolved to continue looking, meanwhile I play my bass, try to meditation and be the best person I can be for my children and grandchildren.
I am seeing a disturbing trend beginning where individuals are deciding to protect their energies and peace at all costs . I believe that boundaries are needful as a form of self love and protection. However avoidance of others to solely protect oneself is not exactly what awakening is about .Once we grow to another level we are intended to try and help others who will not be at the same level or who may not be sincere about being spiritual at all but this cannot be used as an excuse to do nothing. Lighting a candle and then hiding it produces no light . People are going to be tested and they need to seek ways of refreshing their energies instead of keeping their light to themselves at all cost . Being stuck in a comfort zone produces no growth and this mindset of protecting ones own peace and energies at all costs is beginning to grow.
I literally started crying and had to stop everything I was doing listening to this. This was such a well explained to the point article about the stages and I’m at the ego death/the search phase and I find this article while on my hunt for content that resonates with my heightened curiosity for self awareness and discovery. I feel so called to make content around this and no longer resonate with my old content and it’s probably why it’s been soooo hard to get back into it cause it doesn’t feel like me anymore. I’m literally in the middle of planning a move and career change and throwing out my entire wardrobe. I’m in a phase where I’m craving to start from zero and relearn everything and being a mother to a 2yr old 11yr old and 14yr old I’m going through the teenage, youth, toddler phase with my kids while healing my inner child and I am obsessed rn with tapping into my inner child. I hope whoever is reading this and going this and finds this article finds the relief I did finding this because there are times where I feel so lost and need this type of clarity on where I’m at and what I’m doing and what for!🥹
Is it possible to regress in these stages, all the way back to the first stage I feel as if I once had no issue with myself or others but now doubt myself and the thoughts and actions I make. Maybe this is a form of enlightenment in itself being able to notice these things? So what does it mean if I haven’t changed the way I interpret these thoughts or feeling or even actions? Honestly I am confused and am not sure which step of enlightenment I am at currently.
This journey began for me when I was 30, I am now next month 65. I am at the latest, but sometimes I move a bit back (like reacting from ego mind). I don’t feel or hear my spiritual guides, so even though being in world wide groups, I still can feel into separation. So not quit there. Hopefully soon 🙏💖✨
Nobody can tell you how many stages there are… Everything’s different for the next person. One can only speak for self. Even biblically, it says the day will come when man won’t need anyone to teach him/her bcs the spirit will lead to all truth, and that truth is within. A lot of people are perusal NEVILLE GODDARD and others and regurgitating their information bcs it compliment what they already believe. Not to say it’s wrong or right, but many are using this spiritual awakening as a HUSTLE. Experience is the best teacher, but let no man give you truth, bcs no one man or book has all the truth. Take what resonates with you and throw away what don’t, but take none as absolute truth until it’s time to do so!
The force opposed to “nurture” in the universe is neglect. Neglect results in unbridled chaos, creativity, freedom, wonder, curiosity, fear, and the unknown. Where-as “nurture” encompasses warmth, love, and compassion it also results in staleness,boredom, and even loss of free will. Awakening spiritually requires a person to embrace all of their nature, not just the nurturing side. When I refer to neglect I’m not referring to early childhood development but rather to the act of letting go. Nurture vs. neglect is the internal struggle of humanity and at the heart of dualism.
Indeed, dear friend, it is like THIS! But I guess, the Spiritual Path of each one of us has its own, personal details! For me this Path was already felt in my childhood, as I remembered as an adult various childhood experiences… But my conscious Awakening started in my early 30s. Now in my early 70s…I truly recognize and know….The Truth, or a great part of It! I know I am in the final line, in order to move on even farther in Life! And it is so exciting!!❤❤
You can tell where you’re at by how glowie you are lol and this is something you can physically see through thermal optics, you’ll start to develop an aura of warmth around you. I’ve been told by people that I have a warmth surrounding me that envelopes others and it makes me so happy that I’m able to share this warmth with others 😊.

What if I have experienced multiple aspects of each stage at different points in life? One of my first awakening experiences was I realized the interconnection of the world and I embraced it, then after I fell into the ego, but just recently I’ve come into my search for knowledge and shedding of my old seld
I am finding new perspectives when it comes to many aspects of my life. My mediation practices are shifting into new perspectives from ancient Stoic teachers. I understand the modern version of mindfulness and interpersonal relationships but delving into the first people who started using mindfulness to cultivate new perspectives gives me a another level of insight.
I feel as though I skipped some of the who am I search… the spiritual side has ebbed and flowed for so many years, until I finally faced the old childhood traumas, distress and experiences that I’ve carried for so long… realising these things were causing trigger reactions in me 35 years later was eye opening to say the least. I’ve absolutely gone, perhaps still going through the ego death, I’m stripping away the people, situations and things I know are not for my good or those I care for. Im working on alignment, and I know I need to keep going back to the search, but I will get there. My soul has become lighter, the guilt for not doing or being or acting as others want has all but disappeared. I speak my truth more often. Yes, I’m learning to look after myself. In this way I will be able to be the person I want and need to be. If this is getting older? Do not fear ageing. ❤ 🙌
This describes EXACTLY how my Spiritual awakening happened. Thank you for putting it into words, because I could never describe or explain exactly how I became awakened, but I tell others I knew something major was about to happen to me. It all started with a dream I had that left me with this sense of peace in my heart and mind. So much so, I woke up smiling. From that day forward, I felt the changes happening. Hey one day I woke up and felt very detached from myself. I was no longer living in my body. I was observing myself from above. I felt like a switch in my brain turned off. I was j ok overly conscious. Not sure if that’s a spiritual awaking or trauma caused me to shut down. Need help please. The best thing that relates to me is the term DEPERSONALIZATION. any advice ?

By the time you’re 1, you’ve gone thru 2 changes. Generally by the time a human is 89 years old, they’re more quiet and have learned to simply observe.

Well our legitimate awakenment took place way back in late November 2007, and some people legitimately wake up in different times some at the same time and we come from different dimensions however for the past 4? Years we’re currently in the 5th dimension and it was 4? Years ago we personally proceeded into this current 5th dimension. NGL, I clicked on this article expecting a lot of BS. Instead, I found myself relating (or “resonating”) with the phases. My ego’s died and I’ve been reading a lot for the past year to absorb knowledge. Have found the voice of my authentic self emerging more frequently as well. Kinda curious how well the last half of the article resonates with the latter part of my life, as did the first half. Thank you for enlightening.
I’m not sure if I’ve experienced ego death, but if it is what you described, I would more-so call it a ‘crack’ in the ego. Imagine if there was a sudden “crack” in what we believe to be the sky? Kinda like that. That is when you pull yourself up by the bootstraps and question your entire existence. 🙂

Matthew 10:28 Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. John 3:36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
I’m definitely on Stage 4 and have been for a while now. Stage 3 started in January 2020, Stage 2 begun somewhere around March 2019. I think Stage 4 has taken the longest becomes I’ve been always trying to seek a better future and doing everything in my power to change my present moment into a better future.
That’s weird… Because I feel like I’m at all of the stages at the same time… 1. I identify as my thoughts and feelings, I feel lack of control over my life. 2. I am very well aware of my ego condisionings by society, I can detach myself from my ego and just be an observer. I am very self-aware. 3. I was always searching for the truth, I think about existential questions and meaning of life EVERYDAY. I like searching for articles with profound ideas and I want to understand universe. 4. I want to be my true self and I can’t stop it from expressing to the world. Emotional roller coaster is my daily life… 5. I feel the integration with the world. I’ve got a lot of compassion and forgiveness for limitations of others (even more than for myself). I’ve got a lot of understanding for others and especially for the dark aspects of life and their existencial meaning.
Thank you for this article. I came thinking surely I’ll learn I’m still a beginner and that’s okay — we’re all on our individual path … And I had an aha … fuck I’m truly awakening spiritually. My awakening started in 1996. And I see myself in much of what was laid out. So, I’m a little surprised. Again, the aha was, ‘I am going through an awakening’. If others on here are going through it also, nice to meet you and I acknowledge the you that is not your accumulations in this lifetime. May we all expand to the breadth of the universe.
This is exactly what I am experiencing now. The reason I realised my true self, and how I felt and experienced. I’m very appreciative that I could enter this journey. I’m still on this amazing spiritual awakening journey, I am finally about to find my true self, and my mind has been changing A LOT and my emotions are like a rollercoaster…sometimes it feels so empty and I feel the endless loneliness, and It might take a lot of time, I don’t know yet, but I’m gonna enjoy it!!
But what if you feel like you have parts of all of these kind of piled on top of one another? Also I do kind of disagree with that last point, I feel just because certain cruelties are part of the human experience, doesn’t mean they should be. They can be acknowledged as existing but it can also be acknowledged that they shouldn’t exist.
I definitely feel I’ve been stuck in between 3/4 phase for the past two years. My awakening started in 2019, I’m so grateful to experience this at a younger age. In 2020 was when I realized I got soooo disconnected from almost everything, led me to believe I was depressed. I feel that was in-part but ultimately those things I was trying to reconnect to no longer served me and who I’m blossoming into. So thankful to have came across this vid, made so much things make sense and again. (Another epiphany moment) I pray to submit freely to my purpose and not fight against it! ✨ blessings to you all on this beautiful journey.

I am definitely not at the last stage, I have taken my time getting here even. It has been 1.5 years roughly since I started. I’m 28 years old and I’m in stage… Uh… Honestly, it sounds like it would be a mix of both 4 (emergence of the true self) and 5 (living a fulfilled life)! Which I’m honestly SO proud of, considering it’s been just me on my own guiding myself on this path and finding my own resources and things (like this great article). ❤ xx
That’s a very spiritual way of describing dissociation/cognitive dissonance and the divided mind and how it integrates/fuses back together, in turn grows up from a child mind (reactionary) into an adult mind (has understanding). And spiritual descriptions tend to come from heart centered personally types aka emotion driven ego’s. The logical personally types aka mental driven ego’s will use psycho therapy ways to describe it instead. The bible refers to this condition we are in as sin, iniquity, transgression and wickedness. Which is what created the 4 corners of the mind (our personalities), ego, sub conscious, unconscious and shadow. Today mankind is waking up and coming out of a pattern of death (was in darkness to it) and into a pattern of life (seeing oneself clearly). Confess your sins (must see them first) and repent (turn from them), so we can learn to look more like God which is unconditional love. We are God’s image bearers, and God is the great teacher. To know God is to look like him, to look like love, be blessed!
