What happens if stucco is not repaired?
Stucco cracks can quickly grow and become more pronounced, allowing water and moisture to enter and cause water damage and other issues. 📹 Calspas Patio Series Z-731B Dreamstyle Remodeling
I show a Calspas Patio Series hot tub model Z-731B in this video and talk about some of it’s features. Comment below, message …
I just got an ad in the mail from one of the contractors that do this. The pictures in the ad showed a bunch of tubs that had been removed to be a long shower stall only. I hate that, and I had a very hard time finding real estate because so many of the houses on the market had this done. Even houses with more than 2 bathrooms, all of them were left without any bathtubs. The place I ended up in has a tub and shower upstairs, but the old cabinet and sink had been removed and replaced with a pedestal sink, which means no storage nor vanity counter space. And some very slippery shiny tiles were put in. Downstairs, there’s a half bathroom, and the full bathroom was once a standard tub, but had been converted into either a Roman tub or a garden tub, I can’t tell which, but now it is left with the original spout, which is way too short for this design, so the water splashes all around the tub before it gets into the tub, making the shower curtain do all the work to contain it. The only plus is the wall tiling, which is the same as what was installed in the kitchen. It is so easy to keep clean. I’ve always had trouble cleaning the grout on traditional shower walls.
