The Home screen on an iPhone is the default display of the device, which displays the date, weather, and a few apps. To customize your Home screen, you can add and organize apps, shortcuts to content inside apps, widgets that show information, and a Table of Contents. You can also move apps and widgets on the iPhone Home Screen to create the ideal layout.
To customize your Home screens, press and hold on an app icon or widget until a pop-up menu appears. Tap on Edit Home Screen. From any Home screen, touch and hold an empty space, tap the dots near the bottom of the screen, tap the circle under the page that you want to hide, and tap Done. To unhide a page, repeat the steps above.
To choose a wallpaper, go to Home screen, either by swiping up from the bottom of the screen, tapping Home or Home, long-pressing an empty spot on the home screen for 3 seconds, and tapping the Home screen settings icon. Toggle off Lock Home screen layout. Long-press the Home screen, then select Settings.
To access multiple screens, touch and hold an empty space in Edit mode, displaying multiple screens. Use the following options to quickly access your favorite content: clock, weather, Google search, all my most used apps, and 8 folders for quick one-tap access. You may find the layout lock under Settings > Display > Home screen instead of the “Home screen style” section.
