📹 Financing Roofing and Home Improvement Jobs on the Rise – Priceline of Financing
Helping Roofers Become Successful Business Owners. Want have a better understanding and learn how to operate a business?
We have offered finance in the past. I no longer fiance roofs because I find debt to be horrible. Dave Ramsey’s theory on debt is correct. We are a slave to our debt. I don’t want to put people in the position to work tiersly on their roof debt. If I ever drove by a house with one of our top notch roof system, and it had a foreclosure sign up, it would really make me feel horrible. In my market there is no way that 50 percent of property owners are financing. Over the years I have probably come across 5-7 percent of customers who request financing. Another downside to financing for the contractor is that your quote has to be the same value as a check transaction. One thing that brings value to my customers is that you don’t have to deal with third parties. You deal with us and we deal with you. On a side note rates are at an all time high. So compounding interest on to a roof feels 🤔 wrong.
