  • I have sciatica and had my back broken in a car wreck, so like you, I deal with a lot of pain. I found a Great chiropractor who has shown me several stretches and other things to help lessen and alleviate the pain. Now that I have learned how to stretch and what to do if I start hurting I go for relatively long stretches of time with little to no pain.

  • Progress is good. I know all about sciatica pain! 🤨 Take time to heal so it doesn’t get worse. I had to roll a tennis ball on my back to get relief. We need to put solar lights out here too, we tried the cheap dollar store ones and they never work long. We need to also do the motion activated flood lights.

  • That’ll work! That Bionic light is pretty nice. On my other house I was living in, there was a hardwired light in back and in front and it lit up all 4 sides of the house through motion detector, good for in town and in the forest and will deter anyone not supposed to be there. Sorry about your sciatica, I suffer from it as well and all I can say is rest and heal. Hugs!
