Check the link below for the drivers side door handle. You will need a 10mm socket and a ratchet extension to get the handle.
Replace the driver side door handles. Both door handles may be visibly broken or not open the door. The first problem could be a door actuator or a broken cable, as well as a broken exterior door handle.
Remove the door outside handle and key cylinder. Remove the door latch assembly mounting screws and remove the door latch assembly. Tightening the door latch assembly is essential for proper functioning of the door handle.

I got a question for ya, my lock works but it just wont open from the inside. The handle is intact. The button for the window itself is shoved into the door pannel. You can only roll it down from the drivers side, would i have to take my whole door pannel off to fix this isuue or should i even worry about it ? ( 2006 hyundai tiburon)
The new handles come with the pink clips. Which cable is the lock, and which is the handle? Does the lock need to be in the locked or unlocked? Why is there a clicking sound coming from the dash? After I reconnect everything and close the door, I lift up the outside handle, and it won’t open. The lock won’t click either
The stickyness of the door handles are due to plastic hyundai used to make them. Woth time ans aun light they degrade to that state. Im having the same issue with my 2004 but also it affected the center stack bezel. Unfortunately i cant find new replacements where i am and shipping from another cpuntry is quite expensive.
