📹 CAMERA LUCIDA APP FOR COOKIE DECORATING, NO PROJECTOR NEEDED | VERY CHERRY CAKES
Hey friends!! The most frequent question I get is, can I write on my cookies without a projector? The answer is YES! Here are a few …
This was extremely helpful! I’m brand new to this hobby but am eager and just craving to learn it all! I wondered how the handwriting/words with the raised frosting was done! Where can you purchase your projector and could you list the apps/sites that you mentioned in your tutorial? Thank you so much!
I’ve been doing some research on using pico projectors to decorate cookies. After I saw this article and your use of the Camera Lucida app I got curious and looked into the app. Turns out, the app is a tracing app used by others for cookie decorating. I’ve decided to forgo the $120+ projector altogether and just use the $6 app to decorate my cookies. Thank you for the article!
You did a phenomenal job with this article! I’m just getting onto cookie decorating as a hobby and need some help please. Could you share your cookie and icing recipes please? I have tried a few and am really discouraged by what I’ve tried. Also, any suggestions on bags and tints? Thanks so much for selflessly sharing with me and helping me be more confident 🥰

This projector gets the job done pretty well. youtube.com/post/UgkxS9P8zTOcmQg-hH0QeUi3dspOLyYgQ6dH Bear in mind it’s a mini projector but all things considered the picture quality is pretty good. The attached photo is of the projector projecting onto my white closet doors. I still have not messed with the settings but I can’t wait for our first family movie night on a larger scale. If you have issues with volume not working with your firestick, go into volume settings and you will find your solution there.
I am just getting started in decorating cookies and kept gearing about the Pico and your article was 1 I clicked on…I’m Soooooo happy I did!! You’re the first to show how to turn the image around! Great article! I just received the Pico for Christmas and will be experimenting with it. Thanks for the tutorial. I was wondering which app for Camera Lucida you’re using…Fino – Camera Lucido (free) or Camera Lucido AR for $.99? The Phonto app is geared towards Aple and I have an Android phone & tablet. I’ll have to seek out an app for that portion. Thank you!
