  • I am not a cook but what I saw was: 1 cup of confectioners sugar, 1 – 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir in 1 tablespoon of milk. Not the right consistency – stir in second tablespoon of milk. Not the right consistency – stir in third tablespoon of milk. ETC. You want to drizzle/pour over a cooled cake – it probably takes 3 tablespoon of milk but you need to add milk one tablespoon at a time, stir and check consistency. If you want to iced – spread on a cookie etc – it takes about 2 tablespoons of milk.

  • This worked like I remember… just relearning to bake/cook after a long hiatus. So many things aren’t working for me (I can’t create a decent bread or bun dough… I’ll take a look to see if you have one that I can follow along to, I suffered from trauma and TBI, but I’m getting well again and this kind of “work” is helping me recover). This made me hopeful, I’m doing some things right!
