The windows on my Jeep are murdered out, and it’s in the granite dark grey. I plan on ordering a 23 in the same color granite, and blackening out the windows. We have a tint law in AZ but it’s really for the cops to pull over low riders and gangsters, a remnant from the 90’s. They kinda get that people tint their windows to escape the heat…
Sucks that your Utah cops are strict on tint. I’m in Michigan and the law says we can’t have ANY ting on the front windows. I do 35-40% on the front and haven’t been bothered for over 10 years (knock on wood). As long as you don’t go limo on front, and the cops can see your silhouette in the vehicle, they don’t give you too much trouble.
I thought this idea would be more common but I never see anyone mentioning it so, imo my most noticeable mod was when I changed the interior gray trim black. I used plastidip on the upper one & bought a trim piece for the one around the cup holder that just sticks on. It came out really good & it’s not permanent. Since you mentioned the shift knob, I used redlinegoods for the boot and then added a raceseng knob that really ties in… I really wanted to stop buying more stuff for the car but then I get ur article recommended to me lol
I am old school, and for the life of me, can’t understand a car with black rims. Especially when you buy expensive black rims. Why not just get some old style rims take the hubcaps off and paint them black. Save your self a thousand dollars and will look exactly the same cruising the boulevard, as black high end rims.
