The Algarve town hosts a lively farmers market on Saturday mornings, making it an ideal time to visit. Microsoft awards points on a promotional basis, but points cannot be purchased. The number of points or Rewards can vary per person, household, or over a set. Interior design plays a crucial role in shaping our daily experiences and contributes to society in unique ways. Interior designers have a major impact on climate change, and the building and construction industry makes up a significant portion of the industry.

Interior designers work long hours, with some earning 125 million silver per month. However, there is no deadline for earning tier points, as once you reach 600 TPs, you will attain Silver for the remainder of the current collection year. Interior points often overlap with limit points, and MyLowe’s Rewards is a free loyalty program for DIY Lowe’s customers that allows members to earn points toward MyLowe’s Money just for shopping.

Repeated exposure to silver dust can cause blue-gray discoloration (argyria) of the eyes, skin, nose, mouth, throat, and internal body organs.

Silver is used to preserve wealth and store money away without losing money against inflation. Improper in-home storage risks exposing silver to physical damage and tarnishing over time. For robust home protection, it is recommended to use a safe and secure storage method.

  • On the afternoon of October 8, 2022, Anthony Silva’s life was irrevocably altered when Stanislaus County deputies unleashed a brutal assault, leaving him quadriplegic and eventually causing his death on September 10, 2023. Renowned California Civil Rights Attorney, Dale Galipo, filed a lawsuit on Anthony’s behalf. He joined me to explain the current status of that litigation, including the outrageous fact that no government investigation ever occurred regarding the circumstances of Silva’s injury and ultimate death. • This is heartbreaking….evil effing bastards. “You’re not bleeding you’re fine. At no time did i hear a valid reason why they were arresting him….they attacked him from the get go. They deserve life in prison for murder.. Suddenly cops are doctors – you’re moving you are fine. Just over 40 years old and his life was stolen. – his crime, being down on his luck. I feel sick.

  • My heart breaks for Mr. Silva, and the way his life was taken that day. He was defenseless and unable to prevent his fall onto the cement. The way his legs were laying on the ground, you could tell that his legs were paralyzed. It makes me cry to see his head hanging after they pulled him up onto the picnic table. It was so emotional. I can’t wait to hear more about this story John. You’re doing God’s work, and these people on the lower rungs of society need you and these other two gentlemen taking these cops to court. I hope the EMT’s get some kind of punishment as well.

  • This is disgusting. I’m a retired nj trooper and since leaving the job in 2018 I let myself go, appearance-wise. I have very long hair and a scruffy beard so can relate to how this gentleman was treated, which was like an animal. I have noticed, sadly.. rightly or wrongly.. that when you look “homeless” you get treated like garbage, especially from the cops. I have a graduate degree from a private university.. clean record, but bc of how I look (especially on my bike rides) I garner similar reactions and it’s not cool. How does this man get his justice… in death? So horrible.

  • I watched this article when it 1st came out. Now I have to skip past the bodycam footage and go straight to your commentary and discussion with the other lawyers. I get too angry and physically ill otherwise. They belong in jail! They belong in jail!!! They belong in jail!!!! THEY BELONG IN JAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is no mistake this blatant disregard for humanity. Qualified Immunity is supposed to be for actual accident, not tyrantcy . This is outrageous no accouabilites. Mayor and all hireups should be voted out their not upholding justice. Fight to stop our tax dollars from funding the police there not providing protection only egregious harm. Stop funding police make law suits 40 percent comes from there pensions. Citizens R tired of paying for our own demise from unjustified police brutally.

  • The fact that the department won’t investigate this should lead EVERYONE to believe that 1, they couldn’t care less that this happened, 2; this isn’t the first time the dept has dealt with a similar situation 3; THIS WILL HAPPEN AGAIN AND AGAIN 4; the entire department is supportive of these actions.

  • So his mom is suing the county, which is a ‘civil suit’, not criminal, meaning that the cops who did this will not be prosecuted for criminal acts. And, as usual, there was no investigation internally, because to do so would have meant that the county saw and admitted error. This is all about money protection in lawsuits. Admitting ‘error’ is a slam-dunk win for the plaintiff’s

  • It is disgusting that law enforcement can do things like this and get away with it. They should never be allowed to investigate themselves. Qualified immunity needs to be outlawed. LEOs need more and better training before they are allowed to be on the street. Furthermore, if they cost the municipality they work for a lawsuit resulting in damages those damages should be paid out of the pension fund not by the taxpayers. Maybe then the officers would police themselves and each other honestly. but they do whatever they want because there is no accountability.

  • This case PISSED ME OFF. If there was ever a case that SCREAMED “GET RID OF QUALIFIED IMMUNITY” THIS IS IT!!!!!! Two other cases: Lisa Edwards in Tennessee and Gregory Gross in California Peoplé in policing get very biased and jaded in VERY SHORT ORDER. Once that sets in, they have forgotten human-ess. Once that sets in, you have this. They knew who he was, they knew his situation, they probably even made smart ass comments about him in the past, and when someone presented them with an opportunity by complaining, they chomped down on that hook and swallowed. The first take down was unwarranted. He was not running from them, he wasn’t even WALKING away from them. They conducted NO investigation to even see if THIS was the guy someone called in about, or told them about. They (he) just body slammed him! For WHAT? Was the “crime” that serious?!?!? Or did cop gets rocks off slamming??? Then to add insult to injury…slammed him AGAIN, handcuffed and on cement. You’ve got to have a tiny peen to stroke ego that hard. As someone said to me, when a “good” cop sees a bad cop doing something bad and good cop does nothing…that “good” cop IS a bad cop.” EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ARE BAD COPS. And EMT’s…they are just bad with their biases and forgetting human-ess. These aholes signed his death warrant when they walked up to him…and i promise you they didn’t lose one ounce of sleep for having done so.

  • A family friend in the mid 80’s was hit by a van while ridding a motorcycle. The van hit his back tire smacked his head on the hood of the van. LEO arrived first and wanted to clear the road to traffic. Two officers picked him up by his arms and feet lifting him out of the road. With no true support. My friend died by multiple broken vertebrae in his neck, broken larix, and four shattered vertebrae in his lower spine. Being the 80s and a small town it without notice and or consequences. If a person and or detained individual is injured in any LEO should be held responsible.

  • Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department shame on you and your deputies. You are a discredit to the rest of law enforcement. The actions shown by your deputies are unprofessional and incompetent. They slammed a handcuffed man onto his head and neck. No accountability, SCSD Deputies refused to even consider the possibilty of serious injury at all. Let me repeat, YOU SLAMMED A MAN ON HIS HEAD. Then they smile and laugh as they patronize this paralyzed man. Where is your humanity? This is a bad Sheriff’s department because no deputies put into check fellow deputies. I believe a supervisor showed up on scene and just stood there with his hands in his pockets. #justiceforanthonysilva

  • What I think would speak volumes to a jury, is when Anthony was set on the bench and his head leaned into the deputy, the deputy told Anthony, “Do not hit me again with your head…”. When you point out the fact when a paralyzed man’s head touched the deputy lightly, and the deputy claims that to be assault, you can clearly see how the police are trying to exaggerate Anthony’s actions to be much worse than they really were. Starts @7:06, watch Anthony’s head, then listen to the deputy. I’m sure the “shoulder check” the deputy was whining about shortly after was just as soft as when Anthony’s head touched the deputy.

  • When did the police stop taking the property (backpack) with you when you get arrested….? I feel like they did that to amp him up, he’s homeless and you tell him he can’t take ALL his worldly possessions with him ????? It’s a BACKPACK!!!!!! ……WAIT…. did this douchebag cop just say a man with a BROKEN NECK just……. shouldercheck him, he called that a SHOULDERCHECK….!!!!!! How are these gangbangers still walking the streets ?

  • This was so upsetting to watch, I’m literally shaking and in tears. I can’t imagine how scared he must have been after they slammed him down. It’s so obvious that his entire demeanor changed after they slammed him down. There’s no justification for treating anyone this way. The justice system is always talked about with pride as believing people are innocent until proven guilty. If that was ever true, there wouldn’t be anyone (guilty or innocent) so blatantly harmed in the arrest process. Eff the police. Defund them. Put these murderers in prison.

  • I saw that whole bodycam footage. It was the classic “He’s faking.”, Then, for over. 30 painful minutes they kept telling him to get up. He wasn’t even doing anything other than drunk in public. Hot, thirsty, and in pain, they just disregarded him as human garbage…It was so haunting & sad to watch. These were not good cops. These guys were the actual human garbage. The egos, the arrogance, the absolute lack of empathy was just really hard to see. These guys shouldn’t be cops. They do NOT protect & serve.

  • I don’t understand why the heck 33:20 certain law enforcement agencies or officers dehumanize those that are homeless. Anyone can become homeless with just simple flooding or storms etc. Does being homeless make them automatically into a bad person or criminal? Of course not! I live in FL and find that many law enforcement officers make being homeless a “criminal ” act or they will treat homeless people like they are criminals just simply by existing in their patrol area, even when the homeless don’t do anything illegal. Is being homeless now a “crime”?

  • The young man in Meridian, Idaho who was taken down by a rotten ex-California cop (see that on another of John’s articles) could have been this poor guy. These cops for some reason had decided to man-handle Mr. Silva before they swooped in on their bikes and grabbed him. In order to be a sheriff’s deputy in Stanislaus County, you need a GED. This was just bald ass assault and there was no real reason for it. It was conducted by thugs with very poor training; they appear to enjoy destroying this poor guy.

  • That takedown stuff they do needs to stop! All they do is injure people with that crap. Those deputies need to go to prison for murder, because in effect that’s what they did. That Sheriff’s Office and county needs to pay 💰 dearly for that crime and that was a crime! Just because you wear a badge doesn’t give you the right to injure someone and cause their death ☠️. This was not right. 😡

  • They need to outlaw bodyslamming, although that wouldn’t stop them from doing it. That is a surefire way of injuring someone, possibly fatal. This seems to be there go to move to take control of someone. And they don’t discriminate. They do it to people they’re trying to help as well. Why would any logical human do a move that puts someone on their head? How are you going to arrest a deceased person?

  • They slammed him, bent over with his head pointed down, arms pinned behind his back, into the concrete. Then they’re all “you’re fine” and moving him around?? Wtf not only are they abusive psychopaths, they’re stupid too. Like shocker- you broke his neck what did you think would happen?? “Don’t hit me again with your head” as his head flops over from having his neck broken. It makes me sick how this man is treated. 7:24 I worked at a jail as an RN and unfortunately inmates (or people in custody) are often times thought to be faking to get out of the jail (or not go to jail in this case). It should have been obvious this man was seriously injured after what they did to him and his body being all floppy. I’m heartbroken for Anthony and his family. And I’m pissed these POS did not face any consequences!!!!!

  • The way they initiated the entire thing. Immediately just grabbing the man and bringing him to the ground like he was their property and not a constitutionaly free individual with rights. And the man was LEAVING. They fractured his neck in two different places then moved him. Then let him hyperextend his neck as he’s going limp.

  • Let’s count the crimes the Officers committed shall we: Conspiracy Against Rights and Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law (18 USC 241, 242),~10 U.S. Code § 897 – Art. 97. Unlawful detention, Negligent willful indifference and failure to maintain their Duty of Care of a Custodial Arrestee (a violation of the 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendment rights as codified under the US Constitution), Use of Excessive Force (a violation of the 14th Amendment), negligent homicide. Every officer shown in this article, every officer who failed to initiate an internal investigation in their department, is guilty and a party to these crimes, and those officers who failed to do an IA investigation, are also guilty of 18 U.S. Code § 371 – Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States and likely Obstruction of Justice. What does this mean; an ethically inclined DA or AG could and should press charges against all officers involved. Those three on camera would face anywhere from 50 years to life, not to mention around $150k in fines each, and those who covered up their crimes would face at least 10 years in prison and around $20k in fines. Time to get rid of bad cops.

  • Like # 9.2K Thank you for these Updates . I get the sense that the first terrorist on bike knew Anthony from previous encounters. @02:16 Look how he jumps off his bike and immediately attacks Anthony who was leaving the area, Anthony follows commands, stops with his hands open and raised, only for the “familiar” terrorists to assault Anthony with force by grabbing hold of his left arm, Anthony instinctively kneels down complying and submitting, only to have this terrorist forcefully take Anthony down as hard as his strength and momentum would allow. Anthony, wise to the aggressor was already kneeling and did not take the full force of (physical punishment) that the first terrorists was attempting to do in the initial encounter. Unfortunately, he underestimated the demonic minds of these domestic terrorists. While in handcuffs, open and vulnerable to these-terrorist with no compassion, or mercy, their body cameras show us what really happens between hunter-prey encounters. They proceed to antagonize their captured, vulnerable-handcuffed prey/victim, Anthony, and like an activated sleeper cell of domestic terrorist agents we watch three of them proceed to pounce and inflict dangerous, and eventually deadly force on the helpless handcuffed victim-Anthony (made to sit then told to stand) before the three pick him up and pile drive his head on to the cement concrete floor. Then these terrorists stand around gawking and mocking the obviously injured/paralyzed Anthony until eventually his broken body and helpless spirit is finally removed from those tormentors.

  • I took care of spinal cord injuries for a couple of years, then lived with one for 4 years. Many of them had accidents because of their own stupidity, so to see this done repeatedly to innocent people, it just infuriates me. Especially when the cops don’t take any responsibility for it. These takedowns on people who are standing still not fighting or resisting need to stop, especially on concrete.

  • They say to just trust the system. Those cops murdered an unarmed handcuffed man and are going to get away with it and keep their jobs, and we are supposed to respect them as if their crap doesn’t stink. Those who use the system tend to know how to abuse the system. Then, in response to their abuse, if you make one wrong move you become the bad guy and will be held accountable to the full weight of that very system.

  • Place a bounty upon conviction and private enterprise would make police and public prosecutors obsolete. This thuggish, oppressive behaviour is common by police world wide. Sure the consequence in this case is extreme. However, the behaviour is common. Police do not deserve respect. The comparison between police and a mafia organization is strong. Regards, Geoff. Reeks

  • Keep in mind when seeing these events…. these are supposed to be such examples of good citizenship that they are entrusted to uphold the law and set an example of how a citizen should be. They’re supposed to be the most upright, honest, justice seeking, people in society, protecting and serving the citizens and leading by example. My how far we have fallen.

  • My cop friends know that if you slam a head to the ground and the suspect says he can’t move, you don’t move him either. You wait for the paramedics to arrive, so that they can support his neck. These guys were pushing this man around making it difficult for him to keep his balance with probably a heavy bookbag on his back. Then they punished him for not being able to keep his balance. This is just a really bad case of police brutality. This is not how you handle a suspect who is not running or being aggressive. I bet you people thought he was homeless and called the cops on him instead of just letting him be. They should mind their own business. I really hope you’re able to punish the police department financially for this. And sue those paramedics as well. This is ridiculous and shouldn’t happen in CA – law enforcement in this state should know better. Many of them do. If this happened in my city, the press and the public would be all over them like they were when a well-known homeless schizophrenic was beaten to death. The chief “retired” on disability over the stress of handling, or rather, not properly handling the situation, and the police department was sued. The public in my city weren’t going to let the police department get away with excessive force. We appreciate our police officers and first responders with great respect – that is until they do something egregious like this.

  • This article is so hard to watch it makes me sick, physically. How are these guys still out on the street? This is a article of murder, and we see it as a cop article?? They knew what they were doing, how could they have not? “Don’t touch me with your head or I’m going to kill you again””I will falsely claimed assault” WTF!

  • The problem here started when the cop did the dismount from his bike like he was coming up on a large group of gang members out of control. Then they treat him like garbage and drag him around and talk to him like animal. These actions are diabolical and punishable by life in prison and millions of dollars in law suits. This poor man spent a year suffering to stay alive and these cops would have put any one of us in prison for life if we did this. YOU ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW!! DO NOT TRY TO BLAME THE VICTIM HERE. WE CAN ALL SEE THE TRUTH AND THE PEOPLE WILL BE HEARD,!

  • As a resident of Stanislaus County, I am seriously regretting voting for Sheriff Dirkse. He has always portrayed himself as a Constitutionist. After finding out that he did NO investigation of his officers, im really angry! This is NOT what I thought I was voting for when I voted for Sheriff Dirkse. The utter lack of accountability of these officers is sickening. I hope these officers lose their “qualified” immunity and are held personally responsible. I don’t want my tax dollars paying for their sins!!! I wish I was on the jury for these officers!!

  • It is so crazy that they absolutely knew they caused a serious head injury, and decided to keep moving him. All known procedures I know say that if you know that a serious head injury has occurred, or even suspect that one might have occurred, you do not move the person until the ambulance shows up. Especially if the person is complaining about not being able to move or not being able to feel their extremities.

  • Nice article! I’ve always loved to make lists and top 10s. One of those that I’ve spent most time thinking about, is who is the smartest person ever. My number 1 criteria has always been depth of thought. This way, my choice of the smartest person ever is Georg Cantor, who spent all his life thinking about infinities and their properties. However, recently I’ve considered another factor. In conversations about AI intelligence, people always say that AI is good in a narrow particular domains thus far, but it’s not as good at being generally intelligent. So, according to that, breath of thought should be also an important factor. Than I thought who has been the human being, who was very good at the highest number of different fields. And the name that comes upfront is Leonardo da Vinci – the classic polymath. Without a doubt, his mental abilities have been extraordinary and among the best ever. Of course, I think there have been at least 10 times, and probably many more, very intelligent humans that never became famous, than those who did become. However, I still give some precedence to the depth of thought as a factor of intelligence, so I stick with Cantor, of those that are well known. Other honorable mentions are: Archimedes, Democritus, Plato, Siddhartha Gautama, Newton, Descartes, Einstein, Godel, Galois, Ramanujan, Penrose, Tegmark, Wolfram. “It takes a wise man to recognize a wise man.” – Xenophanes.

  • Leonardo was afforded the time and resources to be curious. To create. To invent. It’s very likely that equally talented people exit all over the place and simply do not resources to come into full bloom. Leonardo was lucky to be in the situation he was born into. He could just as easily been born a the son of a coal miner. Then no one would know if him.

  • I don’t know if that’s talent or also a product of the times and insane amounts of work. People think that the church created the dark ages when in reality it created masochists. Modern culture makes you believe things are talent. In sports they think a triathlon is a big deal. What about sailing across the whole world for the first time? They used to go all in at things. That’s what the renaissance is about. America is entitled dummies now. You preach that Catholic ethnic countries stole everything rather than the germans and british are trying to steal it.

  • false statement. tallent is in every human.its just how useful your tallents are. very few of davinci’s ideas were produced. just think about all the stuff that he thought of.nikola teslas tallents ideas are far more usefull than leos. but leo was a total bad ass.he was a world traveler. and took very good care of his self. leo was way more cut than the thinker sculp
