Can You Create Construction Materials, Kenshi?

In Kenshi, building a base from nothing can be daunting. To prepare for this task, you can either make building materials from your base using a stone mine and a stone refinery or steal them from trade goods traders, bar keep in trader ninjas territory, or construction traders. As of patch.24, you can construct buildings and interior items outside of a town, except for interior items that may be built in buildings purchased in a town.

To carry all your building materials, one dude will carry three backpacks, with the well-trained guy carrying the first dude. This tutorial provides an overview of how to create buildings in a 3D modeling program like Blender and make them work in Kenshi. Building Materials can be purchased from Construction Traders in towns or produced on your own at a Stone Processor from Raw Stone. A Hybrid Stone Mine, a late-game building, can create Building Materials directly without the need to process them.

Building materials can be obtained by making a stone mine and turning the raw stone into building materials. Once you have an outpost, you can produce that stuff yourself with stone mines and processors. Later, you can combine these two to create more complex structures.
