📹 Launch Your Web Design Agency in 2024 (Step by Step Process)
In this video I want to show you how I make money online in 2024. I’ve been a freelancer for 14 years and running my own digital …
I know this was 2 years ago, but this is great! I took notes. I’m just starting my own business but I am coming with a lot of years of work experience, working mostly in-house. This is wonderful. My instinct is to start by leaning into the industries I have worked for: Wine and Spirits, Non-profits, and Spa/hospitality companies.
I offer photo/video to small businesses…. But what do you do when you know that’s not going to be enough to grown engagement on their page? They will clearly have to put in work on social side… but that could have a negative impact of the the effectiveness of my work at the same time. I REALLY don’t want to and can’t offer social media management, because I plan to be pro bono for the first couple of months… at least.
Hello Im 19 years old and Im looking to build a web agency. Came across your article and found it very useful thank you. Im looking to do this the hard way with a wordpress headless cms approach, using technolgoies such as React and JavaScript with tailwind css . I find using wordpress or Wix to build sites very limited and hate using the platform and in my opinion find managing code more easy and faster (sometimes). I want to be able to make the use of ready made templates and components first then onto custom designs. Whats your opinion on this and have you ever used this method of creating websites? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Brilliant article, really helpful. I have been on and off designing sites for friends and family for a few years now and never really pushed to do it as a side Hussle / main job. I wanted to know what your opinion on naming your freelance business is? I see so many different business names and I’m not sure what to go with.

I am confused a bit … It would be helpful for me …
Thanks for the article! Really curious about your pricing for web hosting. Do you charge each client a “retainer” for the website every month, a recurring charge of $1200 every year, or a one time fee? Curious (if on retainer) you limit the number of revisions a client is allowed to ask for over certain periods. Does your fee cover a single design process or multiple? Thank you!
