Hey Barrette ! Your parts you send and your instructions don’t match up. Your tech dept doesn’t answer the phone . Your instructions are not complete, and don’t address half the shit we were sent. What’s with the big mystery?? Your parts should be explained a little better. Too frustrating for the high cost of your systems! .. we are trying to install a privacy wall with aluminum 3″ x 3″ surface mount posts . Some posts come wrapped marked “freedom” & come with 4 spacers, some are marked ” barrette ” and come with only 2 spacers . The spacer are different sizes, do they go on top on bottom in the middle ?? wtf. Should be pretty easy to write that somewhere… very frustrating., I understand the branding, barrette probably acquired Freedom brand -but why not put the same clips in the box and tell us wtf they are for, where there will go specifically. I’ll build this six ways till we know these answers and discover what we are missing, explain something to the pissed off client but my time is money and I shouldn’t have to reverse engineer this shit to install it correctly. How about letting us in on wtf we need to do?? Thank you ! Purchased at Lowe’s in Torrington Ct. pro dept. Btw we already searched all on the internet, printed everything we could possibly find on this product.. we are carpenters, not office boys.. we don’t have time to fool around like this! Mr. Tom🔨
