A Mechanism For Managing Building Supplies Used By Gaza Building Contractors?

This research aims to explore local practices in construction materials management and develop a computerized system (CMMS) to facilitate the management of materials for building contractors in the Gaza Strip. The successful management of construction materials is crucial for the success of a construction project. A CMMS allows contractors to create a database of materials and suppliers, track inventory, and determine required quantities to order materials on time.

The CMMS is a PC-based system designed to run under Microsoft Windows, using Microsoft Excel as most companies in the Gaza Strip use Microsoft Excel. The researchers have found that all contractors companies agree that the reports and outputs are clear, easy to read, and understand.

Effective construction materials management is a key factor in the success of a construction project. The CMMS allows contractors to create a database of materials and suppliers, track inventory, and determine required quantities to order materials on time. The CMMS is designed to run under Microsoft Windows and is used by most companies in the Gaza Strip.

In conclusion, an effective material management system can bring many benefits to a company, including improved labor productivity, reduced bulk materials surplus, and reduced materials waste. By developing a CMMS, contractors can better manage their materials and ensure timely delivery of necessary materials.

  • From an engineering standpoint the amount of work and planning that’s done in these tunnels is quite impressive given that zero heavy equipment was used. Note: no reference or information was ever released to the public on length, depth, distance or any other specification, any information that’s published is just random anticipations for journalists and other parties.

  • None of the population knew about the secret digging. The engineering was so advanced and clever. Huge amounts of materials moved out of the tunnels and rooms. Huge amounts of concrete and equipment moved in. Logistics is a huge matter in itself. Logistics is often the most difficult part of a project and organising the manpower. The colour of the spoil is different from above ground soils. This must have been an industrial scaled effort by the project team. Maybe a article on the logistics. How many trucks, for example. Edit. Dec 14, 800 tunnel openings discovered in northern Gaza. The Gaza population is blind or can keep a secret or is terrified by Hamas. When your children could die because of your war that is starting in your home, it should be ezi pezi to get word out.

  • Amazing studies @AiTelly what a marvellous work of science and technology. I am a research scholar student in political science. I was good at science during High School and Higher Secondary but decided to change my stream in graduation and post-graduation. Thank you. Your visual presentation makes everything easy to understand. I am still a student so I do not have much money with me ( my university does not even give me a stipend ), but still I will be contributing some amount that I can as a token of appreciation and this is my second-time contribution.

  • @Aitelly right after the bombardment of the hospital in gaza 2 weeks ago this Chanel uploaded a “good” article on how Hamas rockets are made and further more mentioning the possibility of hitting civilians within gaza. And now just after israel threatening another hospital, this website uploaded this article further more supporting israel claim that there is Hamas tunels under the hospital. It seems that this website got a good chunk of money from the IDF for this war.

  • Can you stop calling the movement this name it’s a short for “Harakat Muqauamah Islamiah” which in Arabic takes the first letters of every word: “ح|H”, “م|M”, “آ|A”, “س|S” ||NOTE: arabic writes from right to left|| This name means the “Islamic Resistance Movement” but call it the “Palestinian Resistance” And yes the occupation is based on religious foundations so it makes sense that the resistance is also religious Much like how the russian occuaption of Ukraine is based on national foundations and so is Ukrainian resistance And yes I stand with the resistance against every tyranical occupation

  • This does not justify the bombing of innocent people and your analysis is just propaganda to justify the crimes of Zionist genocide under the banner of terrorism with America and Germany. What do civilians have to do with Hamas? The resistance defends occupied Palestine and why are children being killed in schools?

  • Thanks studies @AiTelly what a marvellous work of science and technology. I am a research scholar student in political science. I request everyone to do the same as the @AiTelly team provides a new way of presenting knowledge.

  • I’m a Civil engineer. It’s a good educational article directed to grand public. Will it be good to complete information with articles about 1. Steps to build a tunnel, including design, financing cost, estimated time from contract to complete finished word 2. Possible financing sources 3. Estimated time from contract to received finished tunnel Will it be astonishing information. Specially about who gave the money to finance them. Could be dangerous investigations.

  • So all this underground works with tools many men working, taking dirt away, bringing the concrete arches, etc., all this went on for years and years and the poor, innocent, Palestinian people knew nothing about it. Obviously, the workers and soldiers are Palestinians in the neighborhoods who talk about it and are so proud of their work.

  • Wow, until Gaza was invaded, I always thought that Hamas just had a rather simple, and more amateurish approach just connecting one building to another in the same way the Mexican Cartels designed and constructed their tunnels underneath the border areas, but fast forward after October 7th, the quality, and sophistication used are very elaborately and successfully used to live, and operate their entire organization under all of Gaza!

  • I thank you so much for that 😊 awesome job and this blueprint even it is not quite exact and i really wish if we have advanced tunnels like that but thanks for the awesome ideas once again i can confirm that our tunnels have nothing to do with our civilian buildings and institutions like hospitals and schools Our tunnels exist in the open land and agricultural land in Gaza and our tunnels are so simple as the Vietnamese version of it 🇵🇸✌️🔻🦁🔥🙏😊

  • You are wrong. Let me tell you how it’s made. By the money of innocent Iranian citizens which was stolen by their government and international and Israel aids for making and creating peace which instead was invested to create sorts of useless stupid tunnels instead of infrastructure and peace for their citizens; just to kill some innocent jews citizens. This is exactly how it’s made. And apparently the tunnels did not work and all the stolen money from Iran and UN went to the waste.

  • The fact that these Hamas degenerates could have used the billions of dollars, MEANT for the Palestinian people they supposedly “represent,” to build these tunnels could have been used to improve their lives and livelihoods, is not even remotely being discussed. Having said that, do I feel bad for them? Yeah, I definitely do. Do I feel sorry for them? No, they are the ones who support, cheer, and protect their own tormentors. Therefore, as my mom said to open my eyes to the truth, “YOU made your own bed, now, lie on it.”

  • the summary of this work of fiction Here is a summary of the provided text in 30 bullet points: Hamas tunnels use various tunneling methods. These methods range from simple manual strategies to more advanced techniques. Reinforced concrete is used to support the underground structures. The tunnels are divided into approximately 7 to 8 levels called The Underground metros. The tunnels are dug deep to protect against bunker Buster bombs. The GBU 28 bomb is mentioned as an example. The first method of excavation is manual with a shovel. The second method is a more advanced approach to tunnel digging. Contractors use electric or pneumatic jackhammers to drill and excavate the tunnels. Four poing is used as a method to temporarily support the weak roof of a mine or tunnel. This technique is used for soft, loose, or caving ground conditions. Dynamite charges are inserted into the drilled holes. Igniting the Dynamite charges creates controlled explosions that clear a path within the tunnel. Muds and dirt are cleared from the tunnel using a police system. Reinforced concrete sections manufactured nearby are placed inside the tunnel. The construction process starts with the insulation of side pillars. Arch pillars are added to enhance the stability and integrity of the tunnel. The network comprises approximately 1,300 tunnels with a total length of around 500 km (310 miles). Some tunnels go as deep as 70 meters underground. Most tunnels are around 2 meters high and 2 meters wide. The tunnels are hidden within city buildings.

  • You know all of this is a lie and and misleading when you say that the hamas tunnels are as deep as 70m and the most powerful bunker buster in the world can only penetrate 61 meters. MOP (massive ordnance penetrator) can only penetrate a maximum of 61 meters. And thus no single MK 84 JDAM or GBU 24 paveway can even reach them, as a result we know this is a lie and an excuse to murder 10k civilians.

  • what the actual nonsense! when you call it “Hamas tunnels” where is the source?? if you say Mossad or IDF then sorry you should not be taken seriously since they lied to us before the world about EVERYTHING… if only they told the truth about one thing, just a single thing then we possibly can use it to somewhat repair our broken image by them… so if you believe you are not representing them then you should not REPEAT their lies and their stupid 3D BLEND file about Hamas tunnels, cause simply it turned out to be another lie by em!

  • It was Israel who built the tunnels. Multiple interviews by Israeli officials have confirmed this…along with their own Magazine called Tablet: “…Back in 1983, when Israel still ruled Gaza, they built a secure underground operating room and tunnel network beneath Shifa hospital—which is one among several reasons why Israeli security sources are so sure that there is a main Hamas command bunker in or around the large cement basement beneath the area of Building 2 of the Hospital, which reporters are obviously prohibited from entering.” (Top Secret Hamas Command Bunker in Gaza Revealed, JULY 29, 2014, Tablet Magazine)

  • These are pictures and articles that they make with their dreams the fact is not like that, check it if you don’t believe it to to the collation to there This is a public propaganda and deception article whose truth is not fixed, then it is announced to the public as if something that already exists as a fact, and has been decided by the court using various analyses, observations and also the right to deny and so on, but it’s not like that, it’s just an assumption. If you don’t believe it, please check with Palestine, is it really like what they made in the article?? Or is it just fantasy and propaganda to vilify Hamas??

  • i think u are missing many sections of the tunnel system.. such Prison Room, Accommodation, Cafeteria, Prayer Room, Toilet system, entertainment room, hahahahha… they’re made the tunnel more complex than what u think. its not just a tunnel but a underground city. which is western haven’t learned yet the knowledge how to create underground city…

  • The Qassams are freedom fighters, even the Israeli civilians who were killed on October 7th. It turned out that Israeli planes killed them by mistake. More than 441 Israeli civilians were mistakenly bombed by Israeli planes. Testimonies confirm that the Qassams only attacked military sites. It is true that they entered the settlements and took hostages. Civilians, but the Israeli army bombed them and the hostages in implementation of the Hannibal Protocol, which requires the killing of hostages and attackers. Israel committed a double crime by killing Israeli civilians and then bombing the children of Gaza under this pretext.

  • Aitelly, you never understand how those tunnels were built until you become Muslim. You think oxygen is so important ? We never fear death. We love death. We always wait for it. Because it’s a way to quit from the examination. And then real life will begin. They never find out how to defeat a soldier for whom a death is reward

  • There’s an argument here waiting, and the argument has a very different point from yours. Can we see some examples of actual proof not what is called fiction and speculation. Then maybe only then will anyone else be able to believe anything we see on social media or television because quite frankly the world has had enough and has become too aware of your existence and how you control what you want us to think. Which has come to a close end and a beginning of a better world where Palestine and its people have a voice.

  • All tunnel entrances are inside the underground parking lots and basements of Civilian buildings, schools, mosques and hospitals, all majore civilian buildings are connected to the tunnel network .. and all of them are densely populated providing the perfect human shields … Hamas fighters are being snuck into hospitals via the tunnel network and are exhausting the medical supplies, depriving civilians and children of much needed medical supplies and attention… civilians are loosing fuel, food, medicine and hospitals are going out of service, But Hamas on the other hand is well stocked on food, fuel, medicine and all their tunnels have electiricity, enough of everything to last years

  • Even with extensive knowledge of tunnels, israel(using american and european taxes) still chose to bomb hospitals and ambulances. Its like hamas move around using tunnel, but sometime they use ambulance when they know israeli will target ambulances instead of tunnel. Im sure hamas is stupid and not the one who believe what israeli said.

  • You are wrong about the digging method. Because the soil consists of a rather soft packed sand no explosives are needed. Hamas used an electric motor driven drill installed on a shopping cart. The drill is made of a metal can, about 50 cm in diameter, on a meter long shaft. As simple as that. It has been shown on the news once.

  • If the barbarian Hamas put their efforts towards the upliftment and building industrial enterprises for Palestinians rather than building tunnels and underground structures just think how much better Palestinians would have been. The hatred that consumes Hamas make them spent time, money and effort on redicilous destructive ventures such as these tunnels. Israel must not leave Gaza until this barbarian Hamas is replaced by leaders that would rather see Palestinian effort is directed towards uplifting and beneficial enterprises for the Palestinians.

  • They spent all the money to make these tunnels for what? For revenge? Had they used all the money they receive as donation for the welfare of the people, education and trade it would have been better. Nevertheless these tunnels are impressive. More impressive is the fact that no one got to know if it. Not even the israelis. Amazing!

  • there is a youtuber who makes a lit of combat futtage and he lived in kurds tunnel system for years. He claim that it takes 6 teams 2 weeks and 1000$ to dig a 1km tunnel. They are really good in it and have a lot of volunteers because its relative well paying jobs. He stated that some of the tunnels he lived in where 200m deep. And fully liveable. They had barbers, baths, kitchens a tailor, different workshops and more in them. Some of their connection tummels between different main structures where big enough that they used motorbycicles to travel through them. From an engineering point of view absolut amazing.

  • Undergrounds are not weird or rare. In Malaysia shopping malls build parking lots undergrounds,, huge,,big spaces and so many layers underneath the earth,, same goes to most of the condominiums, some even 5 levels below ground, so how many metres or kilometers to measure that. Its modern engineering and architecture

  • Scott Reitz, a former US intelligence officer, puts the dots on the letters:What Hamas did on October 7 was a professional military action to achieve political goals.Hamas did not commit a terrorist act,but rather a legitimate military attack against military targets. Most of those killed on October 7 were military personnel, while civilians were They were killed by Israeli helicopters Because of what Hamas has done now, we can talk about the possibility of the existence of a Palestinian state. Before October 7, there was no horizon
