  • Absolutely gorgeous, Rassel! What I always admire about your designs is the attention to the ceilings, light fixtures and decor. In this house, I particularly love the curvilinear arch separating the living room from the dining room. I also like the fact that the outdoor space with table and lounge area are so close to the kitchen, which makes hosting guests so easy. Bravo!

  • Not keen on where the washer and dryer are, would move it closer to the bedrooms, but otherwise…… Built in closets are ok. I would probably move the kitchen around just because I don’t like the kitchen being wide open to the living area but I know that is the preferred style these days. But so far I definitely prefer your designs over others I’ve seen

  • I love it. Being from New Zealand, I would love to open the walls around that inner deck area. Move the Kitchen to the center of the house, backing onto that bathroom, and incorporate that laundry into. Kitchen can be an “L” shape, with the bottom of the “L”, an breakfast bar.. maybe. Put the dining room into the kitchen space, and open that entire wall to access that outdoor living space….extend the living room space into where the dining room was. That couch currently facing the outdoor dining space, seems wasted. IMHO.

  • I” LIKE THE FLOOR PLAN THROUGH THE WHOLE HOUSE VERY BEAUTIFUL HOUSE. . .I” WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THIS HOUSE OUT IN COUNTRY BUT THE ONLY THING I” WILL CHANGE IS THE CAR PORT TO DOUBLE GARAGE. . I” HAVE TWO VEHICLES TO KEEP BOTH INSIDE THE GARAGE. . . BEAUTIFUL HOUSE YOUR WORK IS VERY BEAUTIFUL GOOD JOB👍❗️❗️🥰
