I noticed when the Tonnoe cover is Closed You can’t see out of the back window. Is the Frunck powered or not? Didn’t know if they were gonna make the wiper blades hide under the hood like a model, Y ? And also make another article. Showing the backseats? I haven’t seen in any articles of the back seat of the vehicle. Also, could they make the charging port on both sides of the vehicle?
2:39 it looks like there are two tracks for the bed cover. A high path that matches the body lines, and a lower path that is parallel to the bed. This would make sense since one would allow for more locked storage, but no rear visibility. And the other would allow for less locked storage but would allow for practical rear visibility.
The rear mirrors can use a little fine tuning….wouldn’t it be sportier and “cleaner” if it becomes one extended wrapped fixture so nothing is protruding out of the car? In essence, Cybertruck looks like a Great White Shark…RE Wheels/Tires, how about tires that lasts as long as the battery so they never need changing? I recall decade ago, Michelin invented a tire that does not deflate due to puncture and treads can last 500k-1 mil miles theoretically. Not sure if they ditched the project since it would destroy future repetitive sales….
cant wait to watch all the duramax and LS swap articles on the cybertrucks when the batteries go bad…just got this 2004 chevy 2500 duramax all rusted out and this cybertruck with bad batteries at the auction and we thought we would do something different, so we are going to duramax swap it and call it the cyberMAX🤣
Interior looks like it came from a stripped down KIA. The Rivian R1T has a much more comfortable interior and comes in 10s of thousand less than the Cybertruck. Both use the same charging network now. OK the Cybertruck look futuristic, but I prefer comfort over being cool. For off-road they both can climb up a wall. Rivian has over 50K vehicles on the road and has recently seen stock surges..
I put a downpayment on 4 cybertrucks in 2020. I requested a refund on the, “fully refundable” deposits in mid 2022. They cancelled my production numbers and did not return my deposits. I have written them every month since and they don’t answer the emails beyond their first letter of acknowledging my registration numbers. Has anyone else had a problem getting back their deposits. It’s $600 Cnd. in this case. Not worth a lawsuit unless I can get a Class Action lawsuit.
Love the design. This is a truck you will be able to buy and keep for a decade, no problem. The great thing about Tesla is that they’re thinking years ahead with their technology so you can rest assured that you can buy a car today and get updates for FSD when that’s available. Hopefully they release a mid-size version of this at some point. Would love a Tacoma-sized alternative, perhaps the Cybertruck Mini?
