Ways To Obtain The Second Dunwall Tower Outside Rune?

The dishonored guide to Dunwall Tower offers a detailed guide on the runes, bone charms, and other items found in the tower. The first rune is located in the Lord Regent’s safe room, which can be reached by going through the tower. The second rune is in the Dunwall Tower Interior, where players can find Hiram Burrows’ safehouse on the top of the tower.

The Lord Regent has upgraded security over the months and has a heavily-defended safe room. If detected during the mission, players must return outside and follow the skirting surrounding the palace to the front of the tower and continue until they reach an opening. Inside the bunkhouse, players can use the stairs to exit back to the “Dunwall Exterior – Rooftop”.

The rune is located in the Lord Regent’s “safe room” or panic room on the roof. Players must evade or destroy the Tallboy in the safe room and the Overseer organist to claim the rune in the map room.

In the second floor corner of Dunwall Tower, players must turn the power back down to the Security Room. The sixth mission in Dishonored involves Corvo returning to Dunwall Tower and assassinate the Lord Regent, Hiram Burrows. To buy another rune, players can buy it in the black market shop.

The rune is located in Hiram Burrows’ safehouse on top of the tower, which is in the exterior map but must be navigated through the tower to reach it. The rune is on the pipes above your head on the left side of the room. Bonecharm 8 is located near the center of the tower, and players must make a path to the rune.
