This is definitely an aesthetically pleasing improvement. My question is about function. Do you need the sleeping space conversion of the dinette? If you do, I see why you put the seats so far apart that anyone sitting there cannot use the backrest and eat at the same time. My Forest River Cedar Creek Cottage 40CFK2 comes with a bench (not fixed) in the 2024 model but it’s situated way too far from the table to be useful as dining seating. I noticed it is the same with your seats. I do like the idea that the table is free-standing so if both of you are sitting on just one side you can pull the table closer to make the seating more comfortable. Do you have to do that? Next time you make a “how to” article don’t swing the camera around so much, it takes away from what you are trying to demonstrate. Also, I didn’t know you could nail into the aluminum supports.
