  • I’ve been in the concrete world sense I was 23 I’m now 51 my experience with hard finished floors if they are burned in with no sealer after the machines are done when it’s wet it’s slick not as slick as a sealed floor but they are both slick as well as the polished floor and the epoxy coated floor as well but each finish and each coating I’m sure all are a different level of slickness .

  • We recently sealed our concrete around our new pool about 8 months after it was poured. It was broom finished and pretty good for walking around the pool. It became VERY slick after sealing. Could we put the silica on top? Or what would you recommend? We greatly appreciate your help and love the articles!
