I’m in the finishing stages of a timber frame home with SIPs. Thermocore was the SIP manufacturer. I’m generally pleased but did have to pay my local builder to fix some problems with window openings and there were fit issues on the roof panels on one side. The timber framers did all of the installation and needless to say they have plenty of experience with SIPs. The other issue was schedule. Thermocore slipped their schedule and cost me a couple extra days of crane rental which didn’t thrill me.
