To turn off all interior lights in a Ford Windstar, move the dimmer switch “scroll wheel” all the way to the bottom, feeling it hit an indent. In a 2003 Ford Windstar van, the interior lights stay on when the key is taken out of ignition but work properly when the key is left in after turning off.
