How-To Guide For Whitening Teeth At Home?

Whitening teeth at home can be done using simple, all-natural ingredients and a toothbrush. Home remedies can remove surface stains and plaque, while dentists offer stronger whitening treatments. Baking soda-based whiteners are a popular method for removing plaque and surface stains from teeth. Whitening toothpaste can also be used daily to remove stains.

There are several natural teeth whitening options, including baking soda, activated charcoal, turmeric, and bentonite clay. Some of the best natural teeth whitening methods include oil pulling, brushing with baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and whitening with lemon juice or baking powder. To whiten teeth at home, mix one tablespoon of baking soda and two tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide to create a paste, which can be used to brush teeth regularly.

To whiten teeth naturally, make dietary changes, try oil pulling, brush with baking soda, use hydrogen peroxide, and whiten with lemon juice or baking powder. Some other home remedies include using a mouth guard with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, rubbing lemon peels on teeth, or using crushed strawberries or banana peels on teeth for two minutes.

To achieve a whiter smile, use a mouth guard with 2 parts baking soda to 1 part hydrogen peroxide, 10 minutes daily for two weeks. The claim is that rubbing crushed strawberries or banana peels on teeth for two minutes or brushing with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar is the truth.

In summary, natural teeth whitening methods can be effective and affordable, depending on personal preferences, goals, and budget. It’s essential to stick to evidence-backed options and avoid experimenting with new methods.

  • It does sort of work, but you’re not gonna have headlights white teeth like person in this article using this alone. Also I wouldn’t add lemon in it at all, it kind of ruins everything and taste without it is not really an issue. And last I’d suggest not to swallow that mix (especially if you use this mix or similar as a mouth wash), it’s not dangerous but could mess up acidity of the stomach.

  • Baking soda is a well known cleaning method that has been around for decades. That’s why some toothpaste brands include baking soda in their formula and branding. What’s the point of the hydrogen peroxide? Is the risk of ingestion complications worth the (unknown) benefit? Don’t you think people should discuss with their dentist?
