Does Havenly Assist With Painting Or Window Treatments?

Havenly is an online interior design service that connects users with professional interior designers for a fresh, modern approach to home makeovers. The platform offers transparent pricing, many designers, and a convenient online process, helping and inspiring DIY projects. Havenly provides guidance on window treatments, including a designer guide to drapes, blinds, and other options.

The platform connects real people with professional interior designers for as little as $79. To get started, users must take their style quiz and be paired with a designer. Havenly’s scope of support includes wall paint and wallpaper, lighting, window coverings (including curtains and blinds), furniture, rugs, decorative accents, wall art, and soft furnishings.

However, Havenly has become a scam, with some users reporting that they have received initial renderings, but the design process takes months. Returning anything through Havenly is a nightmare, as there is no real benefit to ordering through them. Designers are relying on the good will of their customers, and Havenly’s services can be frustrating.

In summary, Havenly is an excellent and affordable alternative to hiring a professional interior designer for home makeovers. They offer guidance on window treatments, such as trim treatments, small spaces, cabinet colors, and accent walls, and provide a full suite of support services. However, some users have reported issues with Havenly, with some stating that the platform is a scam and that designers rely on the goodwill of their customers.

Upgrade your hardware with brushed brass, matte black, and polished nickel finishes for a more expensive look. These tips can make your home interior look more expensive and add a touch of sophistication to your home.

What are the most cost effective window treatments?

The most affordable window coverings are typically fabric blinds like roller blinds, Roman shades, and cellular shades, but some faux wood blinds can also be affordable depending on style and size. What kind of window treatments does Joanna Gaines use?

Chip and Joanna Gaines are renowned South designers known for their shiplap-inspired country-chic style. They use neutral fabric window treatments with simple, long draperies to soften the rustic elements, such as barn doors and ironwork. The rustic coastal look of places like Carolina Beach and Topsail Island is characterized by a blend of natural textures like linen, raw wood, and woven design elements.

Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent celebrate a “modern classic approach” to window treatments in their 1928 Spanish Colonial in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park neighborhood. They prefer simple and less ornate interiors, with crisp, cream-colored draperies pooling softly onto the floor and light linen shades providing just enough lighting for a good read in their living room.

Cortney and Robert Novogratz, parents of seven children, match their fun, hip, and artsy style with bursts of color and playful patterns. They use geometric linework and bold, room-finishing prints in their Greenwich Village townhouse, showcasing their willingness to take risks and go with patterns and color. They believe that window treatments are the final step in making a space feel luxurious and a fun way to custom-design a room to suit their unique personality and style.

  • Thank you so much for your tips. I have watched your articles and DIY multiple times and I am impressed. Sharing a small problem: I am happy to have have a nicely styled home following all design tips (for curtains, colours, drawers, floor etc), however, my TV is in the corner just because I have an attic space. I simply do not have a straight wall. The constructors also put the TV cables in that corner so I do not have a choice basically. How I can elevate this corner having in mind this limitations? Kind regards, Aleksandra (a fan from Europe/Bulgaria/)

  • Growing up, we had a living room without a television and a romper room with a large TV. We were taught the television was a distraction from your guests, so it shouldn’t be in a room where you entertain. My own home – it’s in a bedroom we turned into a den. That keeps the family room from being cluttered and cuts down the noise if someone is perusal something past our normal bedtime.

  • It’s truly amazing how chic everything looks without too much stuff and clutter and the peace you gain. I’ve recently downsized to 1/4 of space and Im older, I will not integrate my previous items and will not save for my children to dispose of. I follow Kristen and love the upgraded look of my new space. Thanks Kristen, you are a dream and blessing to watch.
